In 2019, the last time Greg Goodman made it on to The Australian Financial Review Business People of the Year list, his eponymous Goodman Group was approaching $50 billion of assets under management.

Five years later, the entrepreneur is back on the list. Now with an $80 billion portfolio, Goodman Group has cemented its reputation as the country’s most successful global property player and its most valuable real estate investment trust – by some margin.
