In March, around 30 of Australia's most senior cricketers, coaches and administrators were given a copy of Discover Your True North to read. It is a book written by Harvard Business School professor Bill George about "authentic leadership".
Discover Your True North, normally devoured by business leaders, became Cricket Australia's new set text.
