Virtual classrooms a hit with employees as businesses turn educators
Companies battling enduring talent shortages are rolling up their sleeves and training up the next generation of talent with the help and guidance of some of the nation’s top universities.
The shift from employer to educator comes amid a significantly tighter labour market, with the unemployment rate hitting a near-five-decade low of 3.5 per cent in March and only edging slightly higher to 3.7 per cent in April.
