Bakers Delight founder stumps up $1m to boost uni attendance

When Bakers Delight founder Roger Gillespie discovered that the Victorian town of Shepparton had some of the lowest university participation rates in the country, he decided to do something about it.
“There were so many bright young people in regional areas of Victoria who didn’t think university was for them – and I knew we had to change that narrative,” Mr Gillespie said.
