Older workers are less likely to have benefited from the shift to remote work and men are looking forward to returning to the office more than women, new research shows.

Businesses that emerge stronger from the COVID-19 crisis will build their status as an "employer of choice" to attract, retain and grow their talent, says the report from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), which also shows younger employees are more ready to return to the office; two-thirds of those aged 18 to 30 are enthusiastic about going back.
