South Australia-based superannuation fund Statewide Super has entered exploratory merger talks with industry giant Hostplus.
The funds are poised to sign an exclusive heads of agreement, which supports Statewide and Hostplus commencing a reciprocal due diligence process to determine if a merger is the best option for their members.
