Small-cap funds to watch
Those that hold lots of resource stocks have done well. But that dynamic won’t last forever.

The performance gap between the resource and tech sectors this year is reflected in returns from small-cap managed funds.
The top-performing small-cap funds over one year mostly had a large overweight position in resource stocks and minimal tech exposure, Morningstar data shows. The worst-performing funds did the opposite.
