With foot traffic in London's financial district at just 5 per cent of its previous bustle, and his usual networking and social events all but dried up, the city's Lord Mayor has turned his attention to the burgeoning world of green finance.

“The biggest shift we have seen in financial services for quite some time is of course the rise of sustainable finance,” William Russell told Australians via a Zoom hook-up on his virtual tour of the country earlier this month.
