The chairman of WiseTech Global has told investors its deposed chief executive Richard White will have a significant role inside the company and his successor will be free to practice the same style of leadership that invited accusations of bullying.
Richard Dammery and interim CEO Andrew Cartledge presented a united front at an investor day on Tuesday, seeking to cool the controversy that has dogged the billionaire founder since October, when Mr White sought to bankrupt a former lover. An investigation by Seyfarth Shaw commissioned by WiseTech cleared him of alleged bullying and improper workplace relationships.
