Stephen Hawking-inspired medtech Control Bionics set to float
A former Queensland farm boy, a CNN and NBC news anchor, an author and an entrepreneur – Control Bionics founder Peter Ford has done it all. But for decades his true passion has been technology.
His company, which makes a portable wearable device that lets severely disabled people operate and communicate via a computer using only neural signals, will list on the ASX on December 7, with an issue price of 60¢, having raised $15 million at a market capitalisation of $50 million.
