Tech boffins at corporate messaging platform Slack say they have restored services after millions of users around the world were hit by failed messages and an inability to load channels and old threads.
The Salesforce-owned platform is used by many of Australia’s largest companies to message and coordinate work projects, but has disclosed that issues affecting users globally have been caused by problems with its backend database routing.
