Musk courts top Sydney silk for eSafety fight

Tech billionaire Elon Musk has approached top Sydney silk Bret Walker, SC, to represent X as it prepares for a courtroom battle with the eSafety Commissioner over an order to take down footage of the Sydney church stabbing.
At a case management hearing on Wednesday, lawyers for X again challenged the notice to remove video of the attack and said they had an affidavit from stabbing victim Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel supporting their case.
