Highly paid media advisers couldn’t stop the man who has everything sniping at the New York Times over a trifling error. That bodes poorly for ordinary people’s experience online.

Mark Zuckerberg was not happy. Someone had said something mean about him online.
In this case, it was The New York Times that had made a trifling error by reporting that Zuckerberg had ridden an electric surfboard holding an American flag to celebrate Independence Day in 2021. In fact, Zuckerberg had been riding an obscure device called a hydrofoil board.
