Investors question Life360’s Nasdaq dual-listing plans

One of Life360’s long-term investors has questioned plans to pursue an initial public offering on the Nasdaq, arguing the benefits of a dual listing could be “illusory”.

QVG Capital portfolio manager Chris Prunty said the $3.1 billion San Francisco-based company, which listed on the ASX in 2019, may struggle to reach a similar market capitalisation in the crowded US public market.
