Bulletproof co-founder Lorenzo Modesto to vote against Macquarie takeover bid

Macquarie Telecom's attempted $18 million acquisition of cloud services company Bulletproof is all but dead, with another major shareholder expressing its intention to vote against the deal.

Domains and Web holds almost a 13 per cent stake in Bulletproof and is led by Lorenzo Modesto, who co-founded Bulletproof alongside current chief executive Anthony Woodward, but resigned in August. Mr Modesto told The Australian Financial Review he would be voting against the takeover bid.
