Bailador backs $100m property AI app challenging buyers agents

An artificial-intelligence real estate start-up that hopes to put buyers agents out of business says it is worth more than $100 million after raising $25 million, including from ASX-listed venture capital firm Bailador.

PropHero matches investors with properties in Australia, Indonesia, Ireland and Spain. It analyses the data of the client against suburbs and properties with the highest yields and also provides renovation advice.
