VGI Partners is set to turn its lawyers on pain-in-the-neck clients David Kingston and Malcolm McComas, a pair of former investment bankers, who have stepped up a campaign to shut down or de-list the firm’s $1 billion listed investment company, VGI Partners Global Investments Ltd (VG1).
