UBS, Barrenjoey on board for $NZ850m Infratil raise

UBS and Barrenjoey are the joint underwriters and bookrunners as infrastructure investor Infratil raises $NZ850 million ($774 million) to partially finance the acquisition of a 49.9 per cent stake in One NZ.

The raising will be in two parts. A fully written placement and a non-underwritten retail share offer to raise $NZ100 million. Australian shareholders will be able to subscribe for up to a maximum $45,000.
