Global buyout firm The Riverside Company is seeking to beef up road maintenance and rehabilitation services company Hiway, with an acquisition planned only months after purchasing the business.

Street Talk understands Hiway is having a close look at Stabilised Pavements of Australia - a 35-year old contractor that specialises in road recycling (the process by which existing roads are brought up to scratch).
