Sources told Street Talk Palmer has visited some of Star’s legacy Treasury assets in Queensland recently, accompanied by government representatives who would need to bless his bid. He’s believed to be weighing up the purchase of the old Treasury hotel and/or the car park. However, it is unclear if contracts have been exchanged.
