It’s been a bumpy start to the year at ATI Global, the legal software group backed by wealthy businessman and Sydney-to-Hobart champion Christian Beck, which is in the midst of some cost-cutting after years of expansion.
Sources said ATI, the entity that owns both InfoTrack and Leap Legal, had launched a major restructuring effort for the latter brand, which has led to forced departures across the company. The review also comes as one of ATI’s most senior executives, Richard Hugo-Hamman, has stepped down due to health issues.
