Proxy firms side with Pacific Smiles, focus on CEO candidate

Alex Abrahams is going to have to do it the hard way at Pacific Smiles, after running into roadblocks with major proxy outfits ISS and CGI Glass Lewis.

While the busy dentist and businessman runs around pitching retail investors and institutions, the proxy firms have their clients to vote against his proposals to have all seven Pacific Smiles directors sacked and replaced by himself and three others.
