Potentia Capital orders adviser beauty parade at Soprano Design

Potentia Capital is on the move at Soprano Design two years after it snapped up a 25 per cent stake in the enterprise-level mobile messaging technology company, which makes about $40 million at the earnings line.

Street Talk understands the $1 billion mid-market technology private equity firm has run a beauty parade and resolved to hand investment bank Barrenjoey an advisory mandate. A formal sale process for its stake is the obvious next step.
