The sale of Next Capital's Funlab is proving to have more twists and turns than a game of mini-golf.

Street Talk can reveal that Funlab, which had been speaking to investors about a potential initial public offering, has re-started talks with buyout fund Pacific Equity Partners and cinema owner Hoyts.
