Pemba Capital has wasted no time putting its third buyout fund to work, making a sizeable bet on Australia’s water infrastructure sector.

Street Talk can reveal that the mid-market private equity shop has taken a majority stake in water engineering and advisory business Sequana, marking the firm’s fourth investment this calendar year and sixth from the $625 million fund that closed in January.
