Oneview Healthcare raising $23 million via Canaccord

Patient engagement and experience software company Oneview Healthcare is raising $23 million to accelerate its sales and marketing initiatives and expand the scalability of its cloud product.

The raise takes the form of a $20 million placement for institutional investors (priced at 27¢ - an 18.2 per cent discount to the last traded price) and a $3 million share purchase plan for retail investors.
