New Energy Solar’s decision to sell assets and return capital to investors has been vindicated.

Faced with its securities trading at a persistent discount to net asset value, New Energy Solar’s board hired RBC Capital Markets, Ashurt and Foley & Lardner to sell its remaining 14 solar assets in a bid to create value for investors.
