Sun Cable founder and chief executive David Griffin has quietly sold his Paddington terrace for just over $7 million after purchasing it with his partner David Peters for around $4 million two years ago.

The four-level Moore Park Road terrace sold off-market for more than its expected price tag of $6.5 to $7 million.
