Lawyers appointed for ConnectEast review, bankers still pitching

Law firm Allens is first in the door at tollroad owner ConnectEast, as some of its big pension fund shareholders consider selling their stakes in the new year.

It is understood ConnectEast’s four or five selling shareholders have already appointed Allens to provide legal sell-side advice, while take pitches from potential investment banks this week.
