Street Talk can reveal KKR’s Laser Clinics Australia has fielded unsolicited interest from global PE players hunting for investments in the fast-growing health and wellness sector, prompting local PE boss David Lang to commence preparations for a potential sale process. It comes 7½ years after it won a majority stake following a fiercely contested auction process for a $600 million-plus price tag.
