Invoice payment buy now pay later provider BizPay is the first cab off the rank to utilise the Afterpay deal this week as a catalyst for its own capital raising, or possibly even a sale.
An IPO-hopeful, the company is understood to be out talking to brokers for a $400 million-odd listing, but first has its eyes on a $10 million-plus pre-IPO equity injection and has kicked off talks with potential investors.
