Intelligent Monitoring to acquire WA’s Dataline; raising $20m

Home and business security business Intelligent Monitoring Group, capitalised at $151 million, launched a $20 million placement on Tuesday to bankroll its purchase of WA’s Dataline Visual Link, a seller of equipment like CCTVs and stun guns.
