Indoor Skydive taps Veritas for raising
Indoor Skydive Australia has raised $11.1 million in an institutional placement through Veritas Securities and will seek to tap existing investors for another $6 million.
Indoor Skydive Australia has raised $11.1 million in an institutional placement through Veritas Securities and will seek to tap existing investors for another $6 million.
The company placed 22.1 million new shares with institutional investors at 50¢ a share. The raising was done at a 16.5 per cent discount to its 30-day volume weighted average price heading into the offer and a 6¢ discount to the stock’s last close.
