Mobile marketing and analytics company Other Levels is seeking to become the latest technology company to turn its back on the United States and float on the Australian Securities Exchange.
San Francisco-based Other Levels, which started as an Australian company before moving to the US to attract seed funding, is considering lodging a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in early March and listing by mid-May.
