TA Associates is backing a management buyout of Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Australian arm.
According to an announcement late on Wednesday, the private equity firm will partner with Goldman's local head of equities Dion Hershan who will lead the new entity as managing director and be head of the Australian equities team.
