The battle lines for ASX-listed dental roll-up Pacific Smiles have long been drawn.

On one side, Michael Alscher’s Crescent Capital with its board and independent expert supported $1.90 cash per share bid. On the other, Chris Yoo and Michael Caristo’s Genesis Capital with its 19.9 per cent blocking stake.
