US private capital giant Blackstone has agreed terms to acquire a minority stake in renewables infrastructure services platform Symphony Infrastructure Partners out of a hotly contested auction.
Someone will have to build the infrastructure needed to connect new wind farms to the grid. Blackstone reckons Symphony could be it.
