BetMakers launches capital raise to fund Nevada acquisition

Wagering technology group BetMakers announced it would acquire Las Vegas Dissemination Company (LVDC) on Wednesday to expand its presence in Nevada. Street Talk can report that the ASX-listed operator also has its brokers Ord Minnett and Canaccord Genuity crossing a handful of fund managers for a $10 million capital raise.
