Will 2026 be a stronger year for initial public offerings? The equity capital markets boffins at law firm Ashurst are betting it will, citing its own deals pipeline and an uptick in global IPO activity.
“The US is the real bellwether for activity in the IPO market,” Ashurst partner and capital markets specialist Patricia Paton told this column, ahead of the release of the firm’s ECM 2025 financial year report.
