AirTrunk suitors banker up as $15b sale gets under way; data room open
It’s battle stations at this year’s biggest deal (so far). Street Talk understands parties are busy locking down financial advisers as non-disclosure agreements for AirTrunk’s mooted $15 billion sale process are inked.
Sources said DigitalBridge Group and Australian infrastructure manager IFM, who worked together to privatise US data centre operator Switch, are in the process of engaging Barrenjoey Capital Partners. Meanwhile, eager-beaver Blackstone has Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in its corner.
