A "memorandum of understanding" between the Liberals, the Nationals and ClubsNSW – signed by Gladys Berejiklian on October 13, 2018 – commits the government to "maintain[ing] the existing regulatory regime for gaming with proposed changes subject to rigorous assessment, evaluation and stakeholder consultation" through to Saturday March 25, 2023, when the next election is held.
