We noted earlier this month that given the “improving” conditions cited in its last update, investors in co-working company Victory Offices must have been blindsided when the company was locked out of its tenancy at 420 George Street, in Sydney, over what its landlord said was unpaid rent.
But we didn’t know the half of it. Turns out a month ago, Victory co-workers at 100 Mount Street also found themselves turfed out of their Dexus-owned offices, in similarly abrupt circumstances.
