Victory Offices evicted again

Speaking of Cbus, ex-chairman (and former Victorian premier) Steve Bracks has plenty to keep him busy since passing on the role to Wayne Swan earlier this year. Including his chairmanship of Victorian-headquartered, ASX-listed co-working provider Victory Offices, now worth a mere 5.5 per cent of what it was at its June 2019 float.

The share price fell more than 25 per cent on Thursday’s open, on no disclosed company news at all. Maybe investors saw what we did – a letter revealing yet another eviction at one of its hubs, this time at the co-working space Victory operates at 420 George Street.
