In Sydney at least, criminal solicitors can achieve tabloid celebrity for the sheer volume of NRL cretins they escort to courthouses. But divorce lawyers in this country tend to elude the spotlight. That’s likely because the Australian media is banned from reporting on the exact details of any proceedings of the Family Court. It’s a crying shame, given that’s where so much of the action really is.
