Sargon founder Phillip Kingston fights $27m lawsuit

Virtually nothing remains of Phillip Kingston’s Sargon Capital after its collapse in late January last year. Aside from the recriminations.

Filings in Victoria’s Supreme Court show Kingston’s evidently former business partner, Aron D’Souza, is chasing him for $27 million, allegedly owed in payment for D’Souza having sold his share of the business a year before it went kaput.
