Ryan Stokes in the market for a new CEO penthouse

The Seven Group managing director will be turfed from his Sydney office after the building was acquired by Lendlease.

Ryan Stokes has many of his father Kerry Stokes′ traits. Sharp elbows in dealmaking, obviously. One trait that seems not to have been passed down is how to furnish an office.

As managing director of SGH (its new name after dropping the Seven moniker), Ryan’s office is a demure fit-out in an un-flashy office penthouse. SGH takes the whole top floor of the retro 175 Liverpool St overlooking Sydney’s Hyde Park and its war memorial.
