It’s been three years since the collapse of incomparable Melbourne business identity Phillip Kingston’s Sargon Capital, and reprisals continue to make their way through the courts. Some have finally reached their resolutions.

Last Friday, Kingston’s year-long bid to have new liquidators appointed to Sargon Capital was quietly discontinued.
