Phillip Kingston, the co-founder of Sargon Capital, is attempting to have a new set of liquidators appointed to the collapsed financial services technology business, nearly two years after its demise.

It comes amid a separate court battle against the secured creditor which called in receivers on Sargon in early 2020, and which is suing him over a series of loans.
