The late Sam Chisholm’s home on Sydney’s Palm Beach changed hands in February for a suburb record $24 million. The Ocean Road property sits between the weekenders of heiress Gretel Packer and car dealer Laurie Sutton.

The buyer’s identity was obscured behind shell company Paravit Investments, which has been used to purchase Sydney property for both Westfield scion Steven Lowy and billionaire gallerist Judith Nielson, ex-wife of poverty tourist Kerr.
