Three months after flagging his exploration of legal options following his forced leave-taking from Hawker Britton, Labor insider John-Paul Blandthorn has followed up on the threat.
He has filed suit against the powerhouse Labor lobbying firm and its managing director Simon Banks for a breach of general protections under the Fair Work Act. A case management hearing is scheduled for November 1.
